Cons

High turnover rate due to a toxic work environment. They give recognition toward nurses more than anyone else. The pay is low for administrative coordinators. Directors show favoritism toward employees. These employees are allowed to do as they please without any discipline while other employees are expected to pick up the slack. They will cover up time fraud and reward those employees with promotions and raises. Employees are scared to report to HR due to the fact they will use it against them later. Your personal information is not confidential and spoken about to all employees. Lastly, after being trained to take over for someone when they retire, they will not allow you to take the position if they had to make a temporary accommodation for you because of your disability. If your director and HR want you out of the company but have no grounds to fire you, they will make you feel uncomfortable until you leave. You will walk around on egg shells.

Cons

RN's are overworked and underpaid, It is include a lack of flexibility, potential for burnout, and challenges in maintaining work-life balance. It often can involve long shifts, exposure to pathogens, and the emotional demands of the job. This position requires someone who is able to multitask, give and take constructive criticism, and be quick, both mentally and physically.
