Pros
Healthcare incentive plan is great. If you jump through the hoops you can pay as low as $15/pay period for comprehensive healthcare
Cons
Treat wage workers like children. Not trusted with time management. Even if you are on time 351 days out of the year you get "dinged" for being one minute late. You aren't allowed to swipe in "early." Even if you are assigned patients through your lunch break you are not allowed to swipe "no lunch."
