Pros

It's like working in a country club compared to other hospitals. Best lashes I've ever seen on a nursing staff

Cons

It's a revolving door of staff. Nursing leadership sucks, also a revolving door- those who outlast the others are just good at kissing big boss butt. Hospital is more concerned about having nurses with initials after their name than skilled and knowledgeable workers Majority of ICU nurses have less than 2 years experience. Staff is inexperienced and do not know how to handle things when it becomes "busy" because they have been spoiled working at the country club of hospitals.... I wouldn't want my own child to be a surgical patient in my own hospital.
