      Pros

      The new grads program training has a good reputation and indeed they train you to make sure you are equipped to be more confident in your role as a new grad. It's not perfect, but all about your attitude and vision.

      Cons

      No bonuses when there is surges (the amount of beds in the hospital are filled to the max) nurse to patient ratio will increase.

      Safe care, safe ratios, good coworkers, some good managers

      Cons

      Pay and benefits aren't competitive even though they claim to market adjust. Like other hospital systems the upper management doesn't really care about employee satisfaction and policies for staff are getting worse, incentives for working short shifts have declined significantly. I notice micromanaging. I feel but manager and supervisors are good, but more and more power is taken from them it seems.
