      - The providers are all really great to work with. - Patient population is also really great in the area. - Strong community within the workplace that does not always exist in these spaces.

      Cons

      - Sometimes the bureaucratic oversight can feel overwhelming. The decisions made by administrators sometimes feel like they are made without the clinical employees in mind.

      RN's are overworked and underpaid, It is include a lack of flexibility, potential for burnout, and challenges in maintaining work-life balance. It often can involve long shifts, exposure to pathogens, and the emotional demands of the job. This position requires someone who is able to multitask, give and take constructive criticism, and be quick, both mentally and physically.
