Work expectations extended into every evening and weekend without any boundary enforcement. - Anonymous Employee- Former Employee Inside Real Estate Employee Review

Pros

The office kept systems organized and people responded to communications.

Cons

For the entire three years, the expectation was that implementation work consumed personal hours as needed. I routinely received Slack messages and emails at 9 PM and on Sundays with requests framed as urgent. Weekend check-ins to handle 'critical issues' became standard, and there was never clarity on which situations actually warranted after-hours contact. I pushed back multiple times about boundaries, but suggestions from people in charge suggested this was just how real estate implementation worked. My own time increasingly felt borrowed, and I found myself working split shifts—mornings, gaps during the day, evenings to catch up. The lack of distinction between work hours and personal hours wore me down in ways daily tasks never did.

Pros

Made several friends who I shall cherish.

Cons

Not a company I would recommend working with. Upper management has no respect now value for employees. They treat us like some commodity. They do not care about their employees, their work ethics, their families. The ceo clearly has favorites, and some people get opportunities while others do all the heavy lifting. Problems stay around way too long, employees left cleaning up the mess, and customers usually take their frustration out on you. Nobody seems fully on the same page, so even simple tasks can turn into bigger problems. That kind of fear and pressure gets old fast, and it slowly turns the whole place toxic. They do not acknowledge those who do a good job. Those who prove no notice, usually once your spend 2 or 3 months they let you go and hire more people. Good people leave, new people come in, and the same issues just keep repeating. Please do not even think to sign contract, rather just wait for other opportunities.
