No micro management. Ability to manage your own time
Cons
Very poor sales leadership that is disengaged, disengaged from their salespeople and from clients. No clue what it takes to be a successful salesperson so they are incapable of providing necessary support. They introduce weak sales solutions they want you to sell and pull them back when no one sells them. Wasting so much time. Leadership has no follow through. No respect for their employees. Some salespeople are on capped compensation plans, others not (and on the sale team) - extremely unfair.
