      Reconized as being a good VAR Good overall package Work hours matches every other competitor Tends to leave you alone to work, this is a great job if you are a contractor (Temp)

      Constantly reorganizing Handing out promotions to those that have no clue No clear direction No growth potential within the company or training to get the next job within the company

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
