Pros

Work place environment was fun and co-workers were awesome.

Cons

VERY low pay for the amount of work they expect you to do. Management in customer service dept have no experience and make horrible decisions. No time for family life, always have to work holidays as they cannot schedule right. Insight is not a bad place to work for entry level positions but thats it, there is no pathway to advance your career.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
