      Pros

      Interview Process - very seamless, Had an HR round and was shortlisted directly to face to face with the hiring manager. Had 2 rounds of face to face inteviews over a span of 20 days and got the offer letter immedaitely. Paul Neville was my HR contact person for the whole process and he was very prompt for all my queries and updates. - After joining found the teammates to be very friendly - Good work-life balance

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
