      Pros

      - High degree of autonomy and flexibility, trust to do a great job - A unique and strong culture. Values of hunger, heart and harmony which really are advocated and lived by the company - YOY improvements made by the company to better listen to and recognise employees - Good range of benefits, really look after employees and truly care - Growing & stable organisation with plenty of opportunities

      Cons

      - Compensation can be a little low in pockets against well known competitors - Perception of Insight - who we are and what we do - is often missed or unknown

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
