Pros
Most of the people that work there are great to work with. Job is challenging but generally enjoyable.
Cons
Under so much financial pressure right now that there have been cuts left and right. Compensation across the board has taken a big hit and there have been numerous layoffs in the last year and a half. Some management groups make decisions that are good for themselves and not necessarily good business decisions, simply because of compensation rules.
