Pros
Most of the people at Insight are solid performers and fun to work with. The company is investing in better training for Managers, but there are still a few rogue ones out there who manage to slide under the radar.
Cons
Insight wants to build a strong culture, but being such a small margin business, it will be difficult to do so unless they invest in doing it well. The company tends to be reactive and re-org any time the business isn't going well. This makes it difficult to have any type of consistency or ability to develop a culture.
