      Pros

      Excellent training by Montreal learning and development team. If you are willing to learn and participate you will have all the support needed. Great introduction to IT sales.

      Cons

      Questionable HR policies and management protocol. Objectives can at times be unrealistic and compensation minimal for efforts given. Be ready for some very long days with no overtime paid.

      Pros

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Cons

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
