Insight doesn't look at technology, clients or employees like the other companies I've experienced. When it comes to solving a customers issues, they consider and can provide all the information, service and technologies that can provide the complete solution. Clients are true partners which makes the success of each engagement that much more satisfying. And employees.... are very much Team Members and Family.
Cons
With rapid growth and success comes challenges. Organizational challenges, diverse knowledge bases, change management... it's all part of the excitement and the challenge.
