Pros
Insight does not seem to care too much about their employees' educational backgrounds. You will meet many people working in mid level jobs with no degree. This is a pro if you are lacking in credentials--at Insight you can get valuable experience without the gate keeper of a Bachelor's degree.
Cons
If you have much experience in your industry, it won't be valued much at Insight. They have their own way of doing things and they don't care what outside experience you have learned from and want to share. If you want to be successful at Insight, don't be too ambitious and don't try to change anything or raise any flags, it will not be appreciated. Just keep your head down and do your work.
