Pros

Some of the mgrs care about their employees. Good work life balance. (but that is because they wont pay OT) the culture is good but the morale is hurting for the reasons i listed as cons.

Cons

pay is not that great. took me 14 years to hit my salary and got hired at a retail place when I left for only $1 less but offered better benefits and perks. constant changes that affect stability. cap on vacation for long-timers. new CEO is destroying customer and sales relationships with constant changes. the constant changes are to pay people less in the commission area and hire cheap overseas labor that does not understand the business. we can see everybody being phased out to hire overseas.people are constantly scared of losing their jobs. they are huge on pushing diversity and inclusion but at the same time not focused on morale and people feeling secure in their job.

Pros

Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

Cons

Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
