Pros
Love my job because I am not micromanaged, to me its a sign of respect when you are doing well to allow you to do what you do. They listen to your ideas and try to make them work to generate business. Economy brings the up and downs of corporate selling but you have to be creative to succeed. When you love what you do it shows. There are many divisions here to work in, and they allow you to move to build on your professional career.
Cons
Salaries could be better. Sales should be allowed mor eleeway to close deals to gain marketshare. Sales reps deserve to be the money makers and no one should be capped, if we bring more business we should earn more money and everyone wins.
