Pros
After being in several places in biotech, most of which have been great (though I live on the California Central Coast, and so its always a competitive territory to be in). I feel incredibly lucky-every day- to be a part of this Medical Affairs team- and company. Our Senior Director of Medical Affairs could not be more supportive so far. The CEO sets an amazing culture. His aim is to drive a company who has a culture that sets such a high bar of integrity, we could be utilized as a clean and clear case study as a Medical Affairs team. AND he definitely supports his above board people so that they function at their best.
Cons
Sorry, the culture is just so good, I do not have any Cons. We will have a lot of work to do moving forward. But thats not a con for the current people on the Medical Affairs team. That is a joy.
