Pros

Decent base salary. Premium office spaces. Great benefits.

Cons

The sales role is advertised as "outside,' but it is really a telemarketing job. Company does not reimburse business expenses--they cover gas and cell phone, but that's about it. There is a disconnect between how sales managers and sales people are compensated, so managers goals do not always align with the goals of sales people. Unless a ton of your contacts are small business owners, the path to increased compensation will be very long and very hard.

Pros

The culture at Insperity is second to none. Very strong PEO service and marketing & service support. Strong income potential for someone who is willing to invest 5+ years building residuals.

Cons

The base salary for the role is below industry norms. While the actual PEO services are world class, the services come at a high premium vs competitors. Because of the lower salaries, many of the BPA's leave for higher salaries.
