Pros
The culture in the workplace is the most amazing I have seen. They treat their people with respect and show genuine care and concern. They also understand their clients and want to provide them with the best possible service, which is echoed throughout the organization. It is a wonderful trickle-down effect: they take great care of their people, who then take great care of their clients.
Cons
There are limited opportunities for upward promotion in the field and they tend to limit people based on the roles they have held internally, rather than looking at all of their work experience. They also do not have any formal development programs for moving across departments or into leadership.
