I absolutely love this company, I plan on retiring here! Good Christian-based company, great benefits, great Pay, and some of the best people I’ve ever had the privilege and honor of working with!
Cons
That it takes a year to fire a non-performing BPA. It is so frustrating to myself and other performing employees are doing their job, earning their paycheck, and then you have a non-performing BPA who doesn’t do the work to get the discovery calls the business profiles, and blames everybody else but them self about why they’re not getting the job done.....
