Pros
Amazing culture. From a total compensation standpoint you could not have a better fit. Paul Savardi is a great CEO who has a fantastic vision for the company.
Cons
Sales Reps can't make money. It can take 2-3 years to clear 100K. To difficult to sell the product and extremely difficult to get new clients onboarded. Turnover is too high in the sales world and instead of the 80%-20% rule it is more of a 90%-10% split. DM's are great but above them the RM's do not roll up their sleeves and help.
