Pros
Overall company culture is good. Flexibility. Benefits: excellent health insurance, 401K with decent match, good amount of PTO (if you have time to use it), paid volunteer time.
Cons
Workload is not evenly distributed. Pay is not commensurate with workload...meaning someone doing twice the work is getting paid about the same as someone doing 1/2 the work. Pay inequity between genders. No room for growth in some departments. Some teams within certain departments are siloed making it difficult to gain new skills to grow within the company. Nothing is done about ineffective leadership within certain departments. Some upper management either out of touch with workloads or they just don't care.
