Insperity offers one of the best PEO Services on the market. The companies high-touch strategy works well for small businesses that have the financial means to partner with Insperity. Solid benefits package as a result of relationship with UHC.
Cons
Insperity is old-school in how it treats employees. They require their sales managers to micro-manage seasoned employees which has the affect of depleting trust. Also way behind the curve with technology. This is one of the companies biggest areas of vulnerability.
