Business Outlook
Pros
Great Culture and work/life balance - respect for employees. Big enough to have established processes, but small enough that bureaucracy doesn't get too much in the way if changes are needed. Great benefits. Good people.
Cons
Still need to work on integration between solutions offered. Each feels very silo'd instead of a "One Insperity". Feels very clunky to clients and appears to cause frustration. Client data needs to be shared easily between all Insperity applications and internally, information about other business departments needs sharing too.
