Offering is not competitive with the market. Sales process is outdated and ineffective yet management and leadership refuses to evolve. Do as they say honest feedback isclooked down upon. Not transparent with newcemployees. Horrible onboarding. Pay is not adequate for work & barely enough to survive inflation. Lots of talk but all fluff. Too many and very disappointing. Not a modern culture. Really stuck in the 1990s and true good ol’ boys club. It has so much more potential but marketing is nonexistent and process is outdated. The senior leadership needs to let go and retire if they want a what once was a great company to continue to thrive in 2024 and beyond.
