Pros
You are able to set your own schedule which is great, the pay is also above average for a customer service position. If you work in a small store setting you have no management so that can feel great to work on your own terms.
Cons
There would be bugs pretty frequently which made it difficult to perform your duties. You have to schedule a wider avalability to be scheduled at all, which would result in more shifts, but they would be shorter in length.
