Pros

- Great Benefits - C-Suite genuinely cares about the business and the people - Flexible PTO Policy, no questions asked - Remote position allows for a better work/life balance - If you excel, you can move up, no matter where you're at.

Cons

- Team cultures are too different from each other. - Team leadership prioritizes the wrong things (i.e. focusing on metrics and punishment rather than supporting and uplifting moral) - Sometimes can feel stagnant, despite the ability to move up, can take a while to achieve. - Can be competitive, not everyone is friendly with each other (including management). - My position compensates lower than fair-market average.

Pros

There is no pros, it’s a terrible service.

Cons

I don’t have a list long enough; I get no help from support. The app has froze and crashed all day, I call support and they try and fix it and when they can’t they hang up while I’m mid order, I had even checked out and was waiting to stage the order after driving there and shopping and he couldn’t fix the glitch and hung up on me mid sentence… I didn’t get paid for all of that, and the customers cart is just sitting there by the door. It’s the 2nd time it’s happened today. I reach out to support and they tell me that I never even had an order to begin with. Zero help, no management. Terrible software. And that’s just today’s problems, I could go on and on with more than this for each and every day, after doing this for 5 years.
