Pros
There aren’t. It’s the only company I’ve worked for where I was misled on almost every aspect of the role
Cons
Management is mostly new, and has no experience selling this solution themselves, but act like they’re experts. You’re told that one of the values is acting like an owner, but when you bring up the negatives and what needs to be fixed for an overall better experience, you’re told to change your attitude. If they told you it’s remote with office optional, they are lying to you. They’ve been telling every new team that for a year and when you get there, you realize it’s mandatory hybrid in small cramped offices. You’re also going to have to work a shift in a warehouse or restaurant once a year. They don’t tell you this in the interview because they know no one would accept this as every other sales job on the planet doesn’t require this. You also won’t get paid for it. . They told everyone that they would get paid, and then when you go to sign up they change it to being mandatory volunteer work. If you need the money, take this job while continuing to interview for others, because this one won’t last more than 6-12 months. Even one of the top guys who was slated to go to presidents club got fired for having a few bad months. This is a churn and burn place. Management sucks. Stay away
