Pros
Some of the AE's I worked with and free lunch twice a week
Cons
- Rude and unprofessional onboarding experience - Micro management from leadership - All the way from the CEO down to the Managers - Don't believe in investing in Marketing - Absolutely no inbound leads or marketing channels in place to drive leads - 100% outbound - Required to make 50 calls a day minimum even if you are an AE - Account Executives are expected to do the job of an AE, SDR, CSM, AM, and SE all in one - Unexpected meetings and trainings thrown on calendars. This could be in the morning before you wake up or when you're on the way to the office without any notice - Trainings thrown on calendars during the last week or last day of the month when AE's are trying to close business - NEST training program after onboarding with toxic management process - Trying to do everything possible to not burn through their funding - Highest turnover I have ever seen. People are let go during onboarding and on Ramp. Do not give you a chance to learn and expect you to hit unrealistic metrics from a quota perspective - PIP driven sales culture implemented from leadership
