Great management and great team. Management runs Friday meetings is time to share challenges and achievements Great Leadership that acknowledges the effort made. IBTS offers great benefits and promotes continued education

Cons

Organization is growing very fast and it's not always easy to keep up and stay fully informed. Compared to other organizations I was previously with there are not that many cons

Pros

Got to steps on everyones toes and learn loads of I.T. for my career, did upset alot of people on the way. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I worked here back in 2016-2019. FYI I have kept up with IBTS over the year and this review is still accurate about management.

Cons

Leadership views I.T. as a financial burden and does not understand how I.T. enables the organization. I.T. leadership fails to communicate with IBTS leadership. Everyone suffers due to this reason. During my tenure company was adapting to pay I.T. reasonable salaries instead of severely underpaid salaries. Due to this the drama was much worse between employees than it needed to be.
