Pros
IBTS has actually has been able to recruit solid professionals in the past couple of years, however, they cannot retain anyone with real talent. Generally, the workforce is intelligent and nice. Some directors and managers are good and try to improve the culture, but the senior management is another story, unfortunately. IBTS provides a mish-mash of professional services and is trying to become a top company, but the founders will ensure failure unfortunately. If you're lucky, you can work on interesting projects. They are lucky to have won the contracts they have.
Cons
The top two executives (mayor and vice-mayor of crazy town) are downright unstable. No professionalism - must completely control every aspect of everything. When they're not literally screaming and fighting with each other, they are screaming at and blaming their staff for every problem, with no HR check on their tempers. They believe they are superior managers, but they don't have a clue. Their professional skills are non-existent and their manners are horrible. They do way more to damage the culture of the organization than any disgruntled employee could. No ethics, no civilized behavior, no basic talents. They run their business by the seat of their pants, and there's no telling what the books look like! People are unhappy but stay because they have to have their jobs. Their clients are not fans!
