      Enjoy working relationships with decent coworkers, trying to do their best in a toxic working environment.

      Cons

      This nonprofit is NOT honest or transparent. Major HR challenges - senior leadership will not address workplace harassment issues. Clients have no confidence. Talented people never stay, or are driven away.

      Our employees are our most valuable asset and we take claims of harassment seriously. We have instituted mandatory training and disciplinary measures to ensure IBTS is a safe work environment for our employees. Transparency is also improving, with our refreshed management team sharing more information than ever before. We are pleased to hear that you appreciated the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and that you noted we are a great company. We understand your concern regarding the closure of our Texas office in early 2021. This decision was not made lightly and we made every effort to place staff in other positions, including remote ones, and to provide additional transitional support. We want to thank you for your contributions to the important work we did in Texas following Hurricane Harvey.       Pros

      Got to steps on everyones toes and learn loads of I.T. for my career, did upset alot of people on the way. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I worked here back in 2016-2019. FYI I have kept up with IBTS over the year and this review is still accurate about management.

      Cons

      Leadership views I.T. as a financial burden and does not understand how I.T. enables the organization. I.T. leadership fails to communicate with IBTS leadership. Everyone suffers due to this reason. During my tenure company was adapting to pay I.T. reasonable salaries instead of severely underpaid salaries. Due to this the drama was much worse between employees than it needed to be.
