Pros
Over the past two years, the company has greatly invested in its people and improved their benefits. I read over some of the other reviews and will admit I am confused as to what the individual is talking about when they say the benefits got worse. Last year during open enrollment, they added all kinds of new plans, enhanced the plans and made them better. They also decreased the amount employees pay for their families and kids and this year the company took on more costs even though the cost was supposed to go up.
I have had a lot of opportunities to develop - from courses offered onsite through outside specialists or the opportunity to go and get a certificate. I find the management to be very supportive of my career development and have seen the HR team has grown as the investment in its people programs has as well.
Cons
All companies have their growing pains. The company has doubled in size over the past couple of years and has processes to develop and systems to enhance as a result. Nothing atypical.
