There is neither a person nor a company that is perfect. Even so, no "cons" to report!

Our Human Capital team recently made improvements to the organization's wellness strategy, which provides resources to enhance the physical, emotional, financial, and mental wellness of our staff. These resources include program initiatives, education, support, and commitment of the executive staff. We understand your concern regarding the closure of our Texas office in early 2021. This decision was not made lightly and we made every effort to place staff in other positions, including remote ones, and to provide additional transitional support. Pros

Got to steps on everyones toes and learn loads of I.T. for my career, did upset alot of people on the way. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I worked here back in 2016-2019. FYI I have kept up with IBTS over the year and this review is still accurate about management.

Cons

Leadership views I.T. as a financial burden and does not understand how I.T. enables the organization. I.T. leadership fails to communicate with IBTS leadership. Everyone suffers due to this reason. During my tenure company was adapting to pay I.T. reasonable salaries instead of severely underpaid salaries. Due to this the drama was much worse between employees than it needed to be.
