Pros

As the company is small the on-boarding and getting familiar with the company and people is straightforward. Working closely with your colleagues, you should be able to get questions resolved quickly. Interaction with top level employees.

Cons

Severe lack of strategy and foundation for securing certain larger deals that the company is seeking. Over reliance on contractors who are brought in through networking rather than delivering solid proposals. The extent is so bad that nepotism has adversely affected companies ability to deliver on its agreements with customers.

Pros

Got to steps on everyones toes and learn loads of I.T. for my career, did upset alot of people on the way. Staff were welcoming and friendly. I worked here back in 2016-2019. FYI I have kept up with IBTS over the year and this review is still accurate about management.

Cons

Leadership views I.T. as a financial burden and does not understand how I.T. enables the organization. I.T. leadership fails to communicate with IBTS leadership. Everyone suffers due to this reason. During my tenure company was adapting to pay I.T. reasonable salaries instead of severely underpaid salaries. Due to this the drama was much worse between employees than it needed to be.
