Pros

Benefits are good and getting better. Their in an industry that is recession proof. They're expanding globally.

Cons

Culture probably differs from department to department. HR is still catching up with the growth of the company and it's causing a lot of growing pains. New leadership is very different from previous leadership and the change in dynamics are very noticeable.

Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
