      Pros

      Good, smart people. Most employees I have worked with are great. Benefits are good too. Onsite gym is nice as well.

      Cons

      Management is always changing. Too much micromanaging. Nothing gets done on time. A lot of people throwing you under the bus, no accountability, watch out for favoritism.

      Horrible CEO, outsourcing like crazy, customers are insane, no stability unless you are in the office. Now there are a lot of layoffs and outsourcing
