Horrible leadership. Looks like nothing's changed. - Shipper Insulet Corporation Employee Review

I was there a few years ago. Worked with five or six immigrants in the shipping dept. that held cell phones to their ear all day non-stop. There was a newly promoted supervisor that mumbled "stupid Americans" under his breath from time to time. It's mass production in a confusing, arrogant warehouse and no one wanted to hear about any new ideas whatsoever. The offices were stuffy and had a very corporate atmosphere. Too robotic.
