      inbound live transfers, w-2, hourly base pay with benefits, no chargebacks, pretty engaged work environment.

      Cons

      have to hit KPI's to qualify for bonus, sometimes transfers drop before even saying a word, not any better than an outbound call, some states are definitely better than others.
