Pros
Good remote access to you can work from home in bad weather, benefit coverage is pretty good, PTO/flex time policy provides ample time even for new people. Relatively little office politics. Culture committee actually finds good events for people to participate in. Diverse workforce with support at all levels.
Cons
No annual increases for years and no plans to bring them back. Medical and Dental benefits just had a 50% increase in employee rate effectively giving everyone a significant pay CUT, work-life balance is 100% ignored. Product leads lie to Senior Management and set unrealistic targets.
