Free popcorn and coffee, work from home (depending on manager), casual dress.
Cons
You'll be worked into the ground, and then paid nothing for it. They do not do raises for cost of living, and even if you do work your butt off, you may make 10k over what you started at (after 7 years of working there) like I did. HR is also useless. They do not care about employees mental health or wellbeing.
