Pros
Free coffee, holiday events, PTO, awesome work hours, some managers are A+ and care about you. It’s a mundane and decent paying job for those that like that life.
Cons
Old technology and languages, benefits kept getting more expensive every year. Layoffs seemed to happen more often than I was comfortable with. Unfortunately, I also had to relearn a lot and work off some bad coding habits after I left. Mentally I felt like I was going nowhere.
