Pros
I work here because I like the team I work on. However, the development teams are relatively isolated, so I can't speak to the other teams Moving towards good Agile processes. Standardizing Dev workflows. Becoming more UX focused As they restructure, the people the put in charge in the development team seem to be good choices.
Cons
Merit increases are very small. Bonuses are rare for anyone other than top performers. A lot of lip service to diversity without any real action. A large portion of the company is owned by a private equity firm, so profits are always put first. There is no employee stock plan or pension here.
