The sales support teams like Sales Ops, Rev Ops and Deal Desk all work under the Sales Ops umbrella and are led by a fantastic manager. We are given autonomy to get the job done and are supported with knowledge and guidance from our leader.
Cons
Improvements move a bit slower than normal but are on the roadmap and are being evaluated.
