Pros

work from home, competitive salary, making positive change, lots of benefits and perks, personal spending account $350 yearly, annual bonus, flex benefits, pension, RRSP matching, numerous opportunities to advance and grow within the company. An employer that truly listens to their employees and tries to fix any issues that arise to make for a better work life balance and enjoyable place to work.

Cons

As a claims adjuster or CSR where most people start out, it can be extremely busy environment that requires multitasking and good customer service. This is not a negative it is just honestly what the roles require. The biggest con would just be that it is call after call but the company is working on levels of calls and hiring accordingly to lessen this load for more work life balance.
