Pros

A paying job with benefits.

Cons

Absolutely no work life balance. Constantly expect you to work weekends and work days are easily 11 hour days to make up for the constant turn over in both entry level and senior management. They hire out of desperation to fill the holes in the sinking ship. The customers are the rudest, most demanding and awful customers and management does nothing to create an environment or culture to offset the stress, they don’t show any kind of employee appreciation, and they don’t do anything to foster employee relationships or team bonding or cohesion. There was absolutely no training provided on the job just a very light overview of the system so if you plan on working here they expect you to have experience. This is not a company for brand new adjusters. The benefits are outdated, expensive, and not competitive with the current market. There are no checks and balances with management.
