Terrible managment - Associate Machine Operator Integer Employee Review

Terrible pay, it's not competitive for the amount of responsibilities. Terrible point system for attendance. The managers play favorites, and don't use their own good judgement, but instead, rely on their favorites for other's evaluations. It's ridiculous.
