Pros

I have worked for very large organizations over my career and also some early start ups- Integra is probably the best place I have worked yet. Please note that negative reviews are usually due to someone having a negative experience, but that doesn't always mean that the majority feel that way. Integra is no longer in its early start up phase, and it is also not a 30+ year seasoned company and people who are employed should understand that. There will still be bumps along the way in process development, etc and what most people dont realize is that those types of changes cannot occur overnight due to all of the behind the scenes work that needs to be done. I feel that leadership listens to you and encourages new ideas, which is rare in the work force these days. There are smaller working teams- which lets you get to know who you are working with day to day. There are some really smart people who work here that have great professional experience that you can learn from if you want to grow. I also have a great work life balance, which I cannot fully say for the other places I have worked.

Cons

None so far- I am a happy employee!

Pros

You get to work with a pretty cool tech stack, colleagues are helpful and pleasant to work with. Lots to learn from the lead devs whenever they are willing to respond to your messages. Scrum masters and product owners are extremely good at their jobs despite frustrating conditions. Work/life balance is fine for as long as you are not the current target of management scrutiny

Cons

Poor adherence to agile/scrum values. Inconsistent adherence to company policies. Inconsistent job duties. Heavy micromanagement, duplicitous workplace politics, backstabbing, the works. The current director of software engineering fails to demonstrate working knowledge of even basic development concepts like version control, debugging, logging & outside of threats/coercion/bullying has no plan and no ideas about how to operate in a leadership role. Listen for canaries..
